This discrepancy is due to our limited production. This implies that the time takes into account the availability of the product until its treatment by our logistics partners.

The items you ordered may be delivered in different packages. This depends on the availability of our stocks and our shipping warehouses. If you think your order is incomplete, another package is on the way. Rest assured, your package will arrive shortly.
